The Firm & The Role

One of our client's, a respected national firm, are looking for an experienced Insurance Lawyer to join their highly-regarded statutory insurance practice in Brisbane.

Your practice will include:

• Workers’ compensation claims
• CTP matters
• Historical abuse matters
• Personal injury and general liability claims

About You

• 4–8 years’ PAE in defendant insurance
• Experience running a portfolio of workers' compensation or personal injury claims
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills
• Confidence managing matters autonomously and conducting conferences, mediations and trials
• Excellent communication skills
