Property Network of Australia is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to join a leading property management provider focused on delivering high-quality building management and technical services across a prominent commercial asset. Our client is committed to sustainability, operational excellence, and the long-term preservation of property value. This role will initially be employed on a 6-9 month project basis with the potential of longer term. Salary in the region of $155k - $170k pro rata DOE.

We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing building management services, technical operations, and compliance within sophisticated commercial assets.

In this role, you will oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and development of building management services, ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements. You will drive sustainability initiatives, manage service contracts, and provide technical leadership to support asset performance and tenant satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage facilities delivering technical services for assigned asset
• Develop and implement CAPEX, sustainability, and energy efficiency plans
• Oversee building operations, maintenance, and compliance with statutory requirements
• Manage service contracts, contractor performance, and minor capital works
• Liaise with tenants and stakeholders to address service issues and requirements
• Prepare reports, budgets, and recommendations for asset and risk management

The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive experience in building management / facilities management for commercial properties on the base building side
• Strong knowledge of statutory legislation, OH&S, and building services compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
