FIRM
This represents an extremely rare senior opportunity with a well established accounting firm based on the Sunshine Coast. This firm is led by a very personable and experienced Partner. The firm is incredibly proud of their office culture.
The firm has excellent systems in place.
POSITION
The position of Business Services Manager has been created to support the Partner
The role will involve:
- Manage client relationships in conjuction with the Partner (Circa $1.2m in fees)
- Review the work completed by the accounting team (on shore and off shore)
- Attend networking events and help grow the firm
- Be a part of this firm's future succession planning
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- CA/CPA qualified
- 6+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
- Previous experience managing staff and reviewing work
- Experience with XPM, Xero, FYI
- Outstanding technical ability
- A genuine passion to grow their career.
- Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
