Job Scope:
Drive business process re-engineering and job redesign projects to enhance operational efficiency across business units.
Analyze existing warehouse operational processes, cost structures, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Coach, train, and develop Lean Six Sigma practitioners and cross-functional project teams.
Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives aligned with ISO 14001 and sustainability practices.
Manage transformational supply chain projects, ensuring goals are met on budget and on schedule.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the adoption of technology, automation, and digitalization.
Formulate long-term productivity strategies and perform operations research and analytics to support decision-making.
Requirements:
At least 10 years of experience in driving continuous improvement (CI) initiatives and business process re-engineering.
Strong expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and project management.
