About the Role:

Take over a geographically allocated portfolio of approximately 170 properties, primarily throughout the City of Port Phillip with around 50 properties in Heidelberg.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 170 properties
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinate maintenance, lease renewals and arrears
• Conduct routine inspections and attend VCAT where required
• Work closely with leasing, trust accounting and administration support

About You

• Minimum 2 years' residential Property Management experience
• Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to manage a portfolio autonomously while working collaboratively within a team
