About the Role

Working in the Facilities section of the Embassy, the cleaner is responsible for all cleaning activities throughout the Embassy buildings on the Embassy Compound, the Embassy Warehouse, the long term leased offices and all vacant Government Owned Properties (housing).

Duties

Cleaning of all office corridors, eating areas, rest rooms, kitchenettes, health section, outdoor furnishings, windows, outdoor common areas.

Perform all cleaning operations according to pre-determined schedules, access restrictions and the availability of escorts.

Perform all cleaning operations as requested through work orders, regular inspections, and phone calls.

As directed, may also undertake limited cleaning operations in short term leased properties.

Skills and Experience

Two (2) years commercial and/or residential cleaning experience is required.

Completion of High School education is required.

Must have a current and Full driver's license, held for a minimum of 5 years.
