An established and growing professional service group with over 150 staff is seeking a Lending Adviser Assistant to work directly alongside a high performing Mortgage Broker / Lending Adviser.

This is a key support role responsible for managing the loan process from application through to settlement, ensuring a seamless client experience with genuine flexibility and long term career growth built into the role

Preparing and submitting loan applications

Collecting and reviewing supporting documentation

Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients

Managing CRM updates and compliance requirements

Tracking applications through to approval and settlement

Providing proactive client communication and follow ups

About You

Experience in mortgage broking as an assistant or support role

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple files and deadlines

Professional communication skills

Self motivated and able to work autonomously
