Early Morning Starts | Physical Production Role | Ongoing Opportunity
Full Spectrum Consulting is recruiting Production Operators with a current LF Forklift Licence to join an established manufacturing operation based in Eastern Creek.
This is a hands-on and physically demanding production role involving repetitive manual handling and working within a dusty manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable working in these conditions for the duration of their shift.
While an LF licence is required, this is not a forklift-dominant position. The majority of your day will be spent assisting within production, with Counterbalance forklift operation required only when needed.

Duties and Responsibilities
Operating production and blending machinery
Preparing and handling raw materials
Assisting with batching and manufacturing processes
Completing repetitive manual handling throughout the shift
Lifting, moving and handling production materials
Working within a dusty production environment
Operating a Counterbalance forklift when required
Loading, unloading and moving materials
Monitoring production processes and following work instructions
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following strict site safety and quality procedures
Supporting the wider production team to keep operations running efficiently

About You
To be successful, you will need:
A current LF Forklift Licence
Previous production, manufacturing, factory or industrial experience
Some Counterbalance forklift experience
Be physically fit and comfortable completing repetitive manual handling tasks
Be comfortable working in a dusty manufacturing environment
Ability to remain physically active throughout long shifts
Ability to commit to early morning starts between 4:00am and 5:00am
Strong reliability, punctuality and attendance
Good understanding of workplace safety
Ability to follow instructions, procedures and production requirements
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Please note: This position involves ongoing exposure to a dusty production environment and repetitive physical duties. Candidates should consider whether they are comfortable working under these conditions before applying.
You do not need to be an advanced forklift operator. We are looking for candidates with the right production experience, reliability and work ethic who can safely operate a Counterbalance forklift when required.
Previous experience within chemical, plastics, industrial or process manufacturing environments will be highly regarded.
