Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee ACMV installation works on site, including ducting, piping, and related equipment.

Plan, prepare, and control material requisitions based on project specifications and work schedules.

Coordinate with procurement teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure materials are delivered on time.

Supervise site operations and ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.

Work closely with main contractors, consultants, and other trades to facilitate coordination and smooth project progress.

Track project schedules, manpower allocation, and site productivity to meet project targets.

Review shop drawings, material submissions, and other technical documents for accuracy and compliance.

Identify and resolve technical issues on site while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Support testing and commissioning activities for ACMV systems.

Prepare progress updates and maintain project-related documentation.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

At least 5 years of relevant ACMV experience with strong hands-on site management experience.

Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems, including ducting, chilled water systems, and ventilation systems.

Prior exposure to large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects is an advantage.
