Lifestyle Coordinator – Goulburn (Part Time, 3 days/week)
Lead engaging, resident-focused lifestyle programs that enrich wellbeing and bring joy to everyday life. In this rewarding role, you will design and deliver vibrant leisure and recreational activities that support the social, emotional, physical, cultural and spiritual needs of residents, working closely with the interdisciplinary team to create meaningful opportunities that promote choice, connection and personal fulfilment.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinate a resident-driven leisure program that enhances psychological, social, emotional, physical, spiritual, and cultural wellbeing.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to offer leisure and recreation activities that promote self-esteem and personal fulfilment.

Lead and support Leisure and Lifestyle staff, working closely with the broader team to deliver high-quality person-centered service.

Monitor and evaluate programs regularly to ensure they are meaningful and meet resident needs, providing suggestions for improvement.

Assist the Leisure and Lifestyle Department in meeting accreditation requirements.

Requirements

· Certificate IV Leisure and Health (Essential)

· Diversional Therapy qualifications and or Aged Care specific qualifications (Desirable)

· Experience in leisure and lifestyle service provision Knowledge of best practice approaches within diversional therapy and leisure & lifestyle service provision

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to undertake leisure-based assessments and care planning with individual residents.

· Practical knowledge of the Aged Care Standards and the Accreditation process

· Demonstrated understanding of the relevant Laws, Acts, Regulations, Charters and Codes of Practice
