Position
Reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for designing, developing and improving financial reports, dashboards and reporting processes within Acumatica and Velixo.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, build and enhance financial reports using Acumatica ERP and Velixo
• Reconfigure and optimise the Chart of Accounts within Acumatica
• Develop Excel-based reporting solutions, including management reports, financial statements and operational dashboards
• Create and maintain Acumatica Generic Inquiries (GIs) to support reporting requirements
• Translate finance requirements into practical system-based reporting solutions
• Review and improve existing reports to enhance accuracy, efficiency and usability
• Support month-end reporting processes through streamlined and automated reporting tools
• Assist with data validation, reconciliations and maintaining financial data integrity
• Partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose reporting solutions
• Provide documentation and support to ensure effective ongoing use of reporting tools
• Provide broader finance support across reporting, analysis and process improvement activities
• Assist with general BAU duties as required

Profile
The ideal candidate will be a finance professional with strong accounting fundamentals and demonstrated experience using Acumatica and Velixo to deliver reporting solutions. Key elements:

• Experience in a Finance Systems Accountant, Senior Accountant, Management Accountant or similar role
• Proven experience building financial reports using Acumatica and/or Velixo
• Strong Excel capability, including advanced formulas, modelling and reporting functionality
• Understanding of general ledger structures, financial statements and management reporting
• Ability to translate finance requirements into practical system solutions
• Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with finance and technical stakeholders

Desirable experience:

• Knowledge of iMIS is highly advantageous
• Experience with Acumatica Generic Inquiries (GI), dashboards or Report Designer
• Experience improving finance reporting processes through automation
• Exposure to ERP implementations, upgrades or finance transformation projects
• CPA/CA qualification or progress towards qualification preferred
