1. Project Execution & Site Management

•Plan, manage, and execute construction or maintenance works safely and effectively

•Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams from planning to handover

•Conduct site investigations, review test results, drawings, and reports

•Monitor site progress, provide regular updates, and address technical issues

•Attend site and project meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items

2. Planning & Documentation

•Develop long-term and short-term work plans and work schedules

•Prepare and maintain method statements, risk assessments, ITPs, EQCC, FIS, as-built drawings, and close-out reports

•Perform pre-work preparation including site visits and planning

•Ensure all documentation meets regulatory, quality, and client standards

Key Metrics:

•Accuracy and completeness of documentation

•Timely submission of deliverables

•Compliance to standards and procedures

3. Commercial & Procurement Support

•Follow through on quotations, BQs, progress claims, PO issuance, and closing

•Raise MRFs, manage GRN closure, and verify correctness of delivered materials

•Support tender preparation including technical submissions and project schedules

Key Metrics:

•Accuracy of claims and BQ submissions

•Cost control & material utilisation

•Tender submission quality and timeliness

4. HSSE Compliance

•Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with HSSE requirements

•Attend monthly HSSE committee meetings and escalate any issues

•Support incident reporting and corrective actions

•Zero LTI / incidents

•HSSE audit outcomes

•Timeliness of incident reporting and follow-up

5. Technical Support & Continuous Improvement

•Resolve technical issues in coordination with designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors

•Identify system or process deficiencies and recommend improvement measures

•Support mechanisation, digitalisation, and productivity enhancements

Key Metrics:

•Effectiveness of technical solutions

•Number of improvements implemented

•Process efficiency gains
