Grange Earthworks is a growing earthmoving and civil services business, proudly supporting major infrastructure partners including Energex, Energy Queensland and QBuild.
Based out of Salisbury, QLD, our work is primarily across Brisbane's southside, delivering critical civil works that keep communities connected.
About the Role
We're looking for a safety-focused Excavator Operator/Vacuum Truck Operators/Truck Drivers who takes pride in quality work, looks out for their teammates, and can turn their hand to a variety of civil tasks.
Your day-to-day work will include:
Site preparation for new customer connections
Trenching and excavation works
Installing underground cable and assets
Network maintenance and civil support activities
What We're Looking For
2 to 3 years' experience operating excavators/vacuum trucks in a civil environment, predominately with Energex
Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
Team player with an adaptable, hands-on approach
Full Australian working rights
Licences & tickets (minimum):
Excavator ticket
White Card
MR or HR driver's licence
Experience working on the Energex network and holding relevant competencies is highly regarded, but not essential. We're happy to provide training for the right attitude and aptitude.
What We Offer
Competitive full-time rates: $45 - $50 per hour (depending on skills and experience)
Penalties, overtime, and additional allowances
9-day fortnight – enjoy every second Monday off
