Job Description

Support & manage the Company's IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, digitalisation initiatives & end-user services

Administer & support business applications (SAP Business One) to ensure stable system performance

Manage user access, troubleshoot system issues, coordinate system enhancements, upgrades & testing, maintain master data integrity & liaise with vendors & HQ on application support & continuous improvements

Manage the day-to-day operation & maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, Microsoft 365 services, cloud solutions & end-user devices

Implement & maintain appropriate cybersecurity measures to safeguard company's information assets

Support security monitoring, patch management, identity & access management, vulnerability remediation, incident response & user awareness programmes

Support Company's compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), internal policies & information security requirements by maintaining appropriate access controls, data protection practices & audit documentation

Support the maintenance of disaster recovery & business continuity plans

Coordinate IT projects from planning through implementation by working closely with business users, HQ IT teams & external vendors

Assist in the preparation & monitoring of the annual IT budget, technology expenditure & software subscriptions

Provide responsive IT helpdesk support to end users & conduct system onboarding, user training & technology awareness programmes

Other ad hoc duties assigned by the company

Job Requirements

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline

Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in a multinational company or regional business environment

Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One

Experience in Microsoft 365 administration, IT infrastructure, network administration and cybersecurity

Experience coordinating IT vendors, managing IT projects and supporting digital transformation initiatives will be an advantage

Plus point: Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform or similar reporting and automation tools

Added advantage: Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or equivalent

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to identify practical technology solutions

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, HQ and external vendors

Compensation

Working location: Central, Singapore

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
