About the Role
As our Donor Relations Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Philanthropy and Communications team to nurture donor relationships, coordinate personalised stewardship activities, manage donor communications and maintain accurate donor records. You'll play a key role in ensuring every supporter feels appreciated, informed and connected to the impact of their generosity.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
Experience in fundraising, donor relations, customer service, communications, marketing or administration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
A genuine passion for building relationships and delivering outstanding supporter experiences.
Confidence using databases or CRM systems (Salesforce experience is highly regarded).
A collaborative approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

About Eastern Palliative Care
Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is a not-for-profit home-based palliative care service which offers a full range of support programs with the aim of improving the quality of life of individuals, carers and families of those suffering life-limiting or terminal illnesses. Clients can be referred by treating doctors, local hospitals, treating specialists, allied health professionals, by self or by family members and friends.
EPC PROVIDES SPECIALIST PALLIATIVE CARE SERVICES FREE OF CHARGE IN YOUR HOME.
EPC is the largest single provider of community based palliative care services in Victoria. Our services are provided in the Local Government areas of Boroondara, Manningham, Maroondah, Monash, Whitehorse, Knox and Yarra Ranges.
Eastern Palliative Care is a partnership between the Order of Malta, Outer East Palliative Care Service Inc and St Vincent's Hospital (Melbourne) Ltd.

◾Affirms life and regards dying as a normal process
◾Neither hastens nor postpones death
◾Provides relief from pain and other distressing symptoms
◾Integrates the physical, psychological, social, emotional and spiritual aspects of care
◾Offers a support system to help people live as actively as possible until death
◾Offers a support system to help the family cope during the person’s illness & their own bereavement
