What You’ll Be Doing:
Every day in this role is different, and you’ll be learning hands-on. Key responsibilities include:

· Conducting routine inspections of client properties, reporting on their condition, and collating clear and accurate inspection reports

· Mapping your inspection routes to manage time efficiently

· Communicating inspection findings to Property Managers and landlords

· Providing outstanding customer service and creating positive first impressions

· Supporting the Property Management team with administration and client communications

What We’re Looking For:

We're after someone who’s proactive, presentable, and eager to grow. The right person will bring:

· A strong work ethic and willingness to learn

· Confident communication and great customer service skills

· A current QLD driver’s license

· Full working rights in Australia

· QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or Full Licence)

· Previous industry experience is highly desirable but not essential
