A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator or Reservations Administrator to step into a diverse position sitting across trade sales, tourism partnerships, group bookings, customer service, and finance coordination.

This temp role offers genuine variety, strong stakeholder engagement, and the chance to support a leading tourism operator while covering a period of leave.

About the Role:

You’ll act as the central link between sales, reservations, customer service, and finance, ensuring smooth delivery of trade partnerships, group bookings, and customer enquiries. The role is heavily weighted towards trade sales, tourism contracting, and group booking administration, with a strong process‑driven and administrative component.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Partner Management — manage relationships with travel agents, tour operators, wholesalers, universities, schools, and international tourism partners.
• Reseller Onboarding — issue application forms, trade agreements, rate schedules, and partnership documentation.
• Group Booking Coordination — create reservations, issue confirmations and invoices, manage amendments, and coordinate arrivals.
• Customer Service Support — assist with ticket issues, booking changes, refunds, cancellations, extensions, and validity queries.
• Finance Liaison — forward payments, request invoices, follow up unreconciled transactions, apply credits, and resolve allocation issues.
• Contract & Commercial Administration — coordinate trade rate agreements, review partnership requests, and escalate non‑standard commercial opportunities.
