Cintra Consultancy is looking for a curious and creative Creative Strategy Intern to support the development of content ideas, campaign concepts, and social media strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct research on clients, competitors, audiences, and industry trends.

Support the development of content strategies, campaign ideas, and creative concepts.

Brainstorm social media content, hooks, formats, and storytelling angles.

Assist in preparing content calendars, creative briefs, mood boards, and strategy decks.

Write or support the development of scripts, captions, and key messaging.

Work closely with strategists, content producers, designers, editors, and client servicing teams.

Review content to ensure it aligns with the intended strategy and brand direction.

Analyse content performance and identify insights for future improvement.

Stay updated on social media trends, platform changes, and emerging content formats.

Support client presentations, pitches, and campaign proposals when required.

Requirements

Strong interest in branding, marketing, social media, and content strategy.

Creative thinker with good research and communication skills.

Strong written and spoken English.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable sharing ideas and receiving feedback.

Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.

Students or fresh graduates in marketing, communications, media, business, or related fields are welcome.

A portfolio, school project, or examples of creative work are an advantage.
