You're a developer who takes pride in clean, maintainable code and enjoys turning complex requirements into simple, reliable software. You communicate clearly, manage your time well, and genuinely value listening to customers to understand the problem before writing the solution. You bring a security-first mindset to everything you build on the front end, backed by a combination of hands-on experience and tertiary-level education.

You've held a similar role before, shown leadership in software quality, and can confidently read a relational database schema and explain how the data relates back to the business logic. You have high attention to detail, strong analytical skills for solution design, and thrive in a team where no job is too small or too large.

Essential

Commercial experience building web applications with Django and Vue 3

Strong JavaScript, HTML and CSS with sound UI/UX fundamentals

Ability to interpret a PostgreSQL schema and reason about data relationships (deep SQL not required)

A security-first approach to front-end development

Demonstrated leadership in code quality — code reviews, testing and documentation

Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills

Highly regarded

Azure DevOps — CI/CD pipelines, deployments and provisioning containerised workloads

Docker and Azure App Services

Experience in a regulated or compliance-driven domain (mining a bonus)
