The role:
- Manage and grow your own recruitment desk within general insurance OR maybe you just like the candidate side of things and want to manage and source candidates
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates across broking, underwriting, and claims
- Deliver tailored recruitment solutions that make an impact
- Achieve realistic, rewarding targets while enjoying the journey (with mapped our career pathways)
What we’re looking for:
- Previous recruitment experience (agency) OR insurance industry experience in broking, claims or underwriting | we'll even look at someone super green who wants to start out in recruitment
- Strong relationship-building and sales ability
- Ambition to succeed and earn well
- A positive, team-first mindset
