Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of end-to-end commercial property claims
• Assess coverage, liability, quantum, and claim strategy
• Investigate claims and review supporting documentation
• Establish and manage claim reserves
• Liaise with brokers, customers, loss adjusters, and service providers
• Negotiate fair and commercially sound claim settlements
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

• 2 – 5 years’ experience managing end-to-end commercial property claims
• Exposure to commercial property, ISR, strata, or first-party property claims highly regarded
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Naturally curious with strong problem-solving abilities
• Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
• A collaborative team player looking to build a long-term career in insurance
