Location (Nearest MRT): Islandwide Option
Salary: Up to $ 3,900 (Depends on Qualification & Relevant Work Experience)
Performance Bonus: Up to 1 Month
Duration of Work: 1 Year Renewable Contract
Working Hours – Choose Your Preferred Option
Option 1: Normal Office Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
👥 10 vacancies
Option 2: 12-Hour Shift
👥20 vacancies
Day Shift: 7:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Night Shift: 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM
Rotating Shift: 2 days work, 2 days off
(including weekends & Public Holidays)
Responsibilities
Performed Desktop Support services to users
This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests and escalating incidents when necessary to maintain customer satisfaction and SLA expectations.
Perform imaging/re-imaging / troubleshooting / configuration
Perform asset inventories
Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups (where appropriate)
Updates Incident records
Creates and updates work instructions (where necessary)
Document standards and procedures (where necessary)
Requirement:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in desktop support, with proven expertise in troubleshooting hardware, software, and end-user technical issues.
