The Role
We’re seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team supporting clients in Perth.
Depending on your experience and preferences, you can choose to work with:
Humanity Allied Health – supporting adults living with disability (NDIS)
Care Squared Kids - support children and their families
Generation Care – supporting older Australians in community and residential care settings
A hybrid caseload across mulitple services
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct occupational therapy assessments and deliver tailored interventions for adult clients.
Support clients to achieve functional goals and greater independence in daily life.
Develop and implement individualised therapy programs.
Collaborate with clients, families, and external stakeholders (including NDIS support coordinators and community partners).
Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with NDIS and organisational standards.
Work flexibly across community visits and telehealth as required.
About You
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration (new graduates welcome).
Experience in NDIS or community-based therapy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Organised, flexible, and able to work independently in community-based settings.
Current driver’s licence, reliable vehicle, and relevant state/territory clearances.
