At ABA Trades Group, we're looking for someone who's organised, positive, and loves helping people. This role combines Customer Service and Scheduling, making you the friendly voice behind the phone and the person who keeps our plumbers, electricians and technicians running on time.
No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

What You'll Be Doing
Answer inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service
Book jobs and schedule technicians across multiple trades
Coordinate daily schedules and keep jobs running smoothly
Communicate with customers and technicians throughout the day
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
Update customer records and job information
Assist with rescheduling and keeping the day on track
What We're Looking For
A positive attitude and a genuine love of helping people
Great communication and organisational skills
The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Strong computer skills and confidence learning new systems
Previous customer service, administration or scheduling experience is required
A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Must be available to work across a 7-day rotating roster
Must be flexible to work both morning and afternoon shifts as required
