Roles & Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets for mobile plans, broadband, handsets, and accessories.
Assist customers with re-contracts, upgrades, and digital solutions.
Provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations.
Handle daily store operations, including POS, stock, and merchandising.
Job Requirement:
Minimum NITEC / Diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented, friendly, and proactive
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
