We're partnering with a high-growth Australian SaaS business building a modern software platform used by customers around the world.

Due to continued growth, they're looking for two Senior Go Engineers to join a new squad working on highly scalable backend systems and greenfield product development.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Go Engineer, you'll work on complex backend services using Go, AWS and event-driven architecture. You'll collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to build scalable, high-performance systems that have real customer impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing and building scalable backend services in Go.

Developing modern event-driven applications.

Building APIs and distributed systems.

Working closely with Product and Engineering on new feature development.

Participating in architecture discussions and code reviews.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

5+ years' experience building commercial software applications.

Strong commercial experience with Go (Golang).

Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.

Experience working with SQL databases.

Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS.

Experience with event-driven architecture, Docker, Kubernetes or CI/CD would be highly regarded but isn't essential.

A Unique Opportunity

You do not need previous commercial experience with AI powered platforms, experience with AI workflow tools is sufficient.
