Butcher – Full Time

Marshall’s Quality Meats is looking for an experienced Butcher to join our established team at our busy Langwarrin shop.

We’re after someone who knows their way around a butcher shop, takes pride in their work and can confidently work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

About the role

This is a full-time position with a roster that includes a combination of weekday and weekend hours.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Cutting, trimming and preparing a wide range of meat products

Preparing display-ready products to a high standard

Maintaining attractive, well-stocked displays

Serving and assisting customers when required

Maintaining excellent food safety and cleanliness standards

General butcher shop duties

Working efficiently as part of an experienced team

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you are:

A qualified butcher OR an experienced butcher with strong practical skills

Confident with meat preparation, cutting and presentation

Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently

Comfortable working in a busy retail environment

Friendly and professional with customers

Able to work a roster that includes weekdays and weekends

Someone who takes genuine pride in producing quality work
