Proven experience managing a high-performing team in a salon environment
A leader who thrives on structure, process and continuous improvement
A genuine drive to deliver an outstanding guest experience and strong salon performance
Strong communication, mentorship and team-development skills
A motivated, hands-on manager who leads by example in a fast-paced environment
