Commissioning Manager - Hyperscale Data Centre

Our client is a well-known Tier 1 Commercial Builder and a key player within the Victorian Data Centre construction sector.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking to secure an experienced MEP Commissioning Manager for ongoing projects in the Western & Northern suburbs. This is a full-time position with the business.
Candidates from Main Contracting, Commissioning or Tier 1 Mechanical or Electrical contracting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commissioning of building services across hyperscale data centre projects
- Managing and witnessing testing, commissioning, and handover processes
- Coordinating with contractors, consultants, and client teams
- Reviewing documentation, test plans, and commissioning procedures
- Supporting defect resolution and operational readiness
About You:
- Essential qualifications: Trade or Engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical).
- Sound understanding of Mechanical and Electrical MEP services alongside leading the delivery of critically complex construction experience.
- Background in data centres, critical environments, or complex commercial / Infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a project team
