Trainer – Safety & Wind Industry

Perth, WA

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + Superannuation
Salary commensurate with qualifications, experience and industry expertise.

Join One of Australia's Leading Wind Industry Training Organisations

Skylar Education is a nationally recognised Registered Training Organisation (RTO 21647) and a leading provider of Global Wind Organisation (GWO) and nationally accredited safety training throughout Australia.

As demand for renewable energy continues to grow, so does the need for highly skilled trainers. We are seeking motivated professionals who are passionate about safety, enjoy sharing their knowledge, and want to help shape the next generation of technicians.

Whether you are an experienced trainer or an industry professional looking to move into training, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Trainer with Skylar Education, you will deliver engaging, practical and compliant training from our purpose-built training centres in Perth or Brisbane, as well as at client sites across Australia.

No two weeks are the same. One week you may be delivering courses at your home training centre, while the next you could be supporting a major wind farm project interstate or assisting another Skylar Education training centre.

Interstate Travel is an Essential Part of the Role

At Skylar Education, we proudly support clients across Australia. As a result, regular interstate travel is an expected and essential part of this position, not an occasional requirement.

You will travel to client sites and other Skylar Education training centres to deliver training, provide operational support, and assist with business requirements as needed.

We make travel as seamless as possible by providing:

Flights booked and paid by Skylar Education

Quality accommodation

Vehicle hire or transport where required

All approved work-related travel expenses

Travel planned in advance wherever practicable

If you enjoy variety, meeting new people, and working in different locations while supporting Australia's renewable energy industry, this role offers an exciting opportunity to combine training with travel.
