Zeep Medical is creating a new entry-level role for someone looking to build a long-term career in recruitment.
As our Locum Engagement Consultant, your focus will be attracting and developing new locum doctors.

This is an opportunity to learn medical recruitment from the ground up and build the skills required to eventually manage your own recruitment desk.

What you'll be doing

You’ll contact doctors through calls, emails and LinkedIn, learn about their career plans, overcome objections and help them progress toward working with Zeep.

You’ll be supported with targeted doctor lists, structured training and experienced recruiters to whom you can make warm, fully briefed handovers.

Success means developing genuine relationships—not simply adding names to a database. You’ll help doctors clarify their locum plans, obtain their CV and references, and commence the registration and compliance process.

What we're looking for

Confident and engaging on the phone
• Resilient and comfortable with outbound calling
• Naturally curious and a strong listener
• Persuasive without being pushy
• Organised and disciplined with follow-up
• Coachable, ambitious and keen to build a recruitment career

No medical recruitment experience is required. The right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are more important.

$65,000 base salary plus super
