The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven, quality-focused Residential Site Supervisor to manage our construction sites across Brisbane Central, and Brisbane South.

You will be representing an iconic, multi-award-winning South-East Queensland builder known for exceptional architectural styling, uncompromising quality, and an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll oversee a dynamic mix of builds—from efficient standard low-set homes to intricate, highly detailed custom Knockdown-Rebuild (KDR) projects that require precision, advanced problem-solving, and superior stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end residential construction process from site commencement through to handover.
• Oversee a varied portfolio of low-set builds and complex custom KDR projects safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate and drive trade contractors, ensuring strict adherence to our high benchmarks for quality and finish.
• Maintain rigorous site safety, environmental standards, and compliance with all legislative requirements.
• Act as a primary brand ambassador in the field, delivering exceptional, transparent communication and client liaison throughout the build journey.
• Drive construction schedules to ensure homes are delivered on time and to budget.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will pride yourself on your organizational skills, eye for detail, and ability to build strong relationships with clients and trades alike.
Criteria for Application:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a residential Site Supervisor.
• Valid QBCC Supervisor Licence (or Builders Licence).
• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing Knockdown-Rebuild (KDR) projects and challenging or tight-access blocks.
• Outstanding client liaison and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations professionally.
• Strong command of construction software, scheduling tools, and quality assurance processes.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for delivering beautiful, high-end homes.
