They are now looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations in Brisbane.

The role

Lead and run daily operations across urgent international air freight movements

Manage shipments end to end: bookings, routing, customs coordination, delivery

Make fast calls under pressure when timelines are tight and stakes are high

Build and coach a small operations team as the business grows

Own service quality, keep customers informed, and solve problems before they escalate

Improve processes and systems to support rapid growth

About you

Solid freight forwarding operations background, ideally with strong air freight exposure

Experience running urgent or express shipments and working to hard deadlines

Comfortable in a 24/7 environment where things move quickly

CargoWise experience highly regarded

Hands-on leader who stays calm under pressure and gets things done

Strong communicator with customers, carriers and agents
