Cyber Security GRC Lead
Position Number: 2107D
Location: Horsham
Classification: Band C (Business Services)

GWMWater is seeking an experienced and motivated Cyber Security GRC Lead to drive cyber security maturity across our Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) environments. This newly established role will play a critical part in strengthening cyber security governance, risk management, compliance, incident response and assurance activities across the organisation.

Reporting to the Manager ICT and Cyber Security, you will lead initiatives that support GWMWater's cyber resilience by managing security frameworks, cyber risk and compliance obligations, coordinating incident response activities and driving continuous improvement. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to embed cyber security into business processes, projects, procurement activities and operational practices.
