Job scope:

Supervise the operations team in daily food preparation and ready-meal production.

Convert customer requirements into suitable product designs and specifications.

Develop and implement production processes to achieve the required product quality.

Coordinate production planning to meet customer demand and delivery schedules.

Drive process improvements and innovation to enhance productivity and output.

Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
