About the company:

The opportunity is within a private consultancy, who are still in a stage of rapid growth phase and are searching for a Building Code Consultant / Building Surveyor. They are seeking a committed and driven individual who can represent the firm at the high level they require. The successful candidate can expect to work on all types of Class 2-9 buildings and 1-10 Buildings ranging from small $5 Million projects to billion-dollar developments!

About the role:

• Deliver a broad range of consultancy services to new and existing clients,
• Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the acts/regulations and Building Codes of Australia,
• A strong ability to resolve and negotiate disputes,
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,
• Experience within the private or council sector
