Lead a High-Performing Logistics Operation
Our client is a leading global logistics and supply chain solutions provider, supporting multinational customers across diverse industries. They are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a large-scale warehousing operation and drive operational excellence, customer success, and business performance.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end warehouse and logistics operations
Drive operational performance, service excellence, and customer satisfaction
Manage key customer relationships and ensure achievement of business KPIs
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Oversee resource planning, inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and compliance
Develop and mentor operational teams to build a strong performance culture
Support business growth through strategic planning and operational execution
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Experience driving operational improvements and business performance
