We're seeking experienced Systems Engineers and Systems Administrators to support a range of exciting Defence and Federal Government projects based in Canberra. This is an opportunity to work in mission-critical environments that contribute to Australia's national security, critical infrastructure, and sovereign capability.

You'll be responsible for supporting, integrating, administering, and maintaining complex ICT systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement and support enterprise ICT systems across Defence and Federal Government environments.

Administer and maintain Windows and/or Linux server environments.

Perform systems administration, system monitoring, patching, upgrades, backup and recovery activities.

Support systems integration, interface design and interoperability across enterprise platforms.

Configure, troubleshoot and maintain infrastructure, applications and mission-critical systems.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, system architecture and operational procedures.

Participate in system verification, validation, testing and deployment activities.

Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical issues.

Collaborate with infrastructure, network, cyber security and project teams.

Ensure systems comply with Defence security standards, governance and operational requirements.
