Join a well-established Australian manufacturer and distributor supplying premium construction products globally.
This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day operations of the business across export administration, e-commerce coordination, customer service and order processing.
Reporting to the Export Manager, you'll play an integral role in ensuring export documentation is completed accurately, orders are processed efficiently, and customers receive a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare export documentation using established templates
• Coordinate packing lists, shipping documentation and export certifications
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments and support export operations
• Process customer orders
• Coordinate online orders across Amazon, Shopify and ShipStation
• Print dispatch documentation and support order fulfilment
• Process orders and invoicing using MYOB
• Provide general operational and administrative support across the business

About You

• Experience in operations, administration, customer service or order processing
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Comfortable working across multiple systems and following established processes
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify or ShipStation is highly regarded
• MYOB experience is advantageous
• A proactive and reliable team player with a hands-on approach
