Work Location : Changi Business Park
We're looking for a skilled developer to configure marketing automation workflows and develop custom solutions using Unica Campaign, Unica Interact, and Java.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and maintain Unica Campaign flowcharts to support marketing automation initiatives
Design and implement Unica Interact solutions for real-time customer engagement
Develop, test, and maintain custom Java programs to extend Unica platform capabilities
Integrate Unica solutions with enterprise systems via APIs and custom code
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Unica workflows and Java components
Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Ensure code quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards
Requirements Essential:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Unica Campaign and Unica Interact
Strong Java development background with proven coding expertise
Experience configuring complex Unica flowcharts and campaign logic
Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred:
Experience with RESTful APIs and system integration
Knowledge of marketing automation best practices
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Understanding of data-driven marketing concepts
