About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are passionate about sales, enjoy engaging with customers, and are keen to build a career in the banking and financial services industry. You will be responsible for engaging existing bank customers through outbound calls, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable retail banking products.
Key responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing customers using leads provided by the bank.
Acquire new unsecured loan sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable banking products.
Effectively communicate and explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria.
Build rapport with customers and deliver a positive customer experience.
Follow up closely with customers on income documents and other supporting documents required for application submission.
Ensure all applications and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain a strong sales-driven mindset while adhering to the bank's policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
About you
Candidates with or without sales experience are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
