Do you have experience coordinating property settlements or apartment handovers? We're looking for an organised, customer-focused professional to join this Client Care team with stand out Tier 2 Property Developer, ensuring purchasers enjoy a seamless journey from pre-settlement inspection through to collecting the keys to their new home.
The Role:
Working across completed residential developments, you'll coordinate the settlement process while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting pre-settlement inspections with purchasers.
- Coordinating apartment handovers and key collections.
- Arranging valuer access prior to settlement.
- Booking appointments and liaising with purchasers, solicitors and internal teams.
- Inspecting completed apartments to ensure they are presentation and settlement ready.
- Supporting the team during busy settlement periods.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in property settlements, apartment handovers or developer client care is essential.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, customer-first attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
