We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day operational and staff-related administration. This role ensures smooth processes, compliance, and effective coordination across multiple areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage staff documentation (e.g. work permits where applicable, passports) and ensure timely renewals.
Maintain attendance records, including clock-in and clock-out timings across job sites.
Process payroll and ensure accurate, timely salary disbursement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
Support other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Prior administrative experience is an advantage.

Unitrio, founded in 1973, is a leading supplier and distributor in the local building industry. In 1980s, the company gained its reputation by distributing a wide range of Armstrong vinyl tiles and mineral fibre ceilings, commonly used in retail outlets and offices. In 1990, Unitrio was the first company in Singapore to introduce acoustic heterogeneous vinyl floorcovering with the appointment of sole-distributor for Sommer, now known as Tarkett. Since then, the company has secured numerous prestige projects like the new K.K. Hospital, the Institute of Health building and the adjacent National Dental Centre. With the successful introduction of acoustic heterogeneous vinyl floorcovering, the health-care industry has, for the first time, been offered an alternative to the traditional homogeneous vinyl.
Unitrio involvement with Access Floor System began in 1999. We understand that, as the industry moves towards an information technology based economy. We have to offer unique solution to meet these functional requirements of intelligent buildings. Thus the launch of our very own Unitech Access Floor System. Since then, we have completed many school projects and high-tech industry applications. Unitrio’s millennium milestones include exclusive distributorship for premium Korean-made Nox vinyl floors and Grabo contract and sports flooring. In 2011, Unitrio marketed the world’s first bacteria-killing vinyl floor covering, Silver Knight.
To date, Unitrio has supplied and installed more than 1,000,000 square metres of vinyl floor covering and 100,000 square meters of Access Floors in Singapore. We also keep ready ex-stock of many flooring, ceiling and partition materials to meet your demands.
