The Role

This role supports a stable finance team. Your duties will include:

Debtor reconciliations and reporting

Sending customer statements and responding to customer queries

Working with customers to ensure timely payment

Intercompany reconciliations across global entities

Lodging purchase invoices and assisting with COGS-related processes

Bank reconciliations and the opportunity to take on more month-end tasks as you grow into the role.

Your Background

Excellent communication skills are non-negotiable for this role. You must have fluent English – written & verbal. You will be dealing with customers all over the world, responding to finance queries.

Ideally 6-12 months' experience in a finance role. It is an entry-level role, so no more than 2 years.

OR if you have a fantastic attitude, great communication skills and have a degree in Accounting, we are also happy to consider you for this role. If you have no accounting experience, you will have at least worked in customer service/admin/hospitality, showing your reliability and great work ethic.
