Job Description

Manage commercial operations for both owned and third-party fleet trading worldwide.

Post fixture management - freight/hire payables and receivables, laytime calculations, vessel performance reviews

Plan and optimise vessel voyages to maximise operational efficiency and voyage profitability.

Manage bunker procurement and bunker planning to achieve cost-efficient voyage execution.

Timely update voyage data on digital platform (IMOS) & generate routine reports on vessels' commercial performance.

Liaise closely with Charterers, Owners, Brokers, Port Agents and Masters to ensure smooth voyage execution.

Review and approve Port Disbursement Accounts (PDAs) to ensure accurate voyage costing.

Basic understanding of insurance and claim handling

Manage all other voyage relevant invoices effectively and timely.

Provide general administrative support to the team leader as needed.

Requirements

Preferably a Degree in Maritime/Business.

Have at least 7 - 10 years of relevant experience as a Vessel Operator / Operations Executive in Commercial operations.

Have relevant experience as a Vessel Operator / Operations Executive in Commercial operations for Supramax / Ultramax.

Possess strong administrative, planning, and implementation skills.

Demonstrate fluency in English with excellent writing skills to communicate with external parties (Agents/Charterers/Owners etc.).
