What You'll Be Doing
Handling a mix of inbound and outbound customer calls.
Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions and products.
Building rapport and trust in every conversation.
Meeting achievable sales goals in a supportive environment.
Using CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For
Must be based in Perth and eligible to work full-time.
Strong communication skills — you're confident, friendly, and easy to talk to.
A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping people.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
Open to feedback and eager to develop your skills.
Experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is great — but not essential.
