💼 Credit / Loan Operations Officer | Up to $5,500 | Permanent
📍 Marina Bay
💰 Salary: Up to $5,500/month
🕘 Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
✨ Benefits
• Variable Bonus (typically at least 2 months)
• Annual Leave:
Officer/Assistant Officer: 14 days (increases by 1 day annually, up to 21 days)
Senior Officer: 21 days (increases by 1 day annually, up to 24 days)
• $800 Annual Flexible Benefits (health-related reimbursement)
Job Responsibilities
• Review credit documentation, facility letters, and legal agreements for bilateral and syndicated loan facilities.
• Assess loan utilization requests and ensure all conditions are fulfilled prior to disbursement.
• Process loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and interest collections.
• Prepare SWIFT payment instructions for loan disbursements.
• Perform AML/KYC checks and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Process Bank Guarantees and Standby Letters of Credit.
• Maintain proper records and safekeeping of loan documentation.
• Prepare regulatory and management reports.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers on outstanding documentation and follow-ups.
• Support system enhancements, UAT activities, and operational projects.
Requirements
• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit documentation and loan administration within the banking industry.
• Good understanding of bilateral and syndicated loan operations.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Team player with a proactive attitude and good communication skills.
