About the Role

As a Housekeeping Room Attendant, you'll play an important role in ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and service guest rooms to hotel brand standards

Replenish amenities, linen and guest supplies

Clean bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas

Maintain the cleanliness of public areas, corridors and back-of-house spaces

Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly

Work efficiently to meet daily room allocation targets while maintaining quality standards

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel experience is highly regarded but not essential)

Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Good time management and organisational skills

The ability to work independently and as part of a team

A high level of physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks

Flexibility to work morning shifts, weekends and public holidays as required

A positive, reliable and professional attitude
