We're a proudly Australian-owned trailer manufacturer building high-quality trailers right here in Adelaide.

From standard production trailers through to highly customised builds, we design, manufacture and continually improve our products in-house.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Junior Draftsperson who wants to build a long-term career in product design and manufacturing.

About the Role

This is a genuine entry-level drafting role designed for someone who wants to build a career in manufacturing.

You'll work alongside our management team, assisting with product design, manufacturing drawings, Bills of Materials and product improvements while gaining hands-on experience with real products built every day in our workshop.

This isn't a role where you'll spend months watching from the sidelines. From day one, you'll be involved with real products, real projects and real manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and update SolidWorks models and manufacturing drawings.

Create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs).

Assist with custom trailer designs and product improvements.

Update existing products and drawings.

Develop accessories, components and workshop tooling.

Maintain organised drawing libraries and documentation.

Support production by providing accurate manufacturing information.

Work closely with management and the workshop team.

What We're Looking For

Working knowledge of SolidWorks.

Ability to model parts and assemblies.

Ability to produce accurate manufacturing drawings.

Ability to create DXF files for laser cutting.

High attention to detail.

Mechanical aptitude and an interest in manufacturing.

Willingness to learn and take ownership.

Australian working rights.

This role would suit someone who is:

Studying Mechanical Engineering.

Recently completed Mechanical Engineering or Drafting.

Looking for their first drafting role.

Passionate about manufacturing and product design.
