About the role

Key responsibilities

Support dentists chairside during procedures

Prepare treatment rooms, sterilise instruments, manage infection control

Assist with dental X-rays and patient records

Welcome patients, answer queries, and ease their anxiety

Handle scheduling, billing, and insurance claims at the front desk

Keep clinic operations running smoothly with stock management and team support

About you

GCEO/N Level or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Dental Assisting (or equivalent)

1–2 years' experience in a dental/healthcare setting (Fresh Graduates are Welcome!)

Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilisation protocols

Proficiency in clinic management software

Strong communication skills and a patient-focused attitude

Flexible to work evenings and weekends
